Chakra literally translated from the Hindi means 'Wheel of spinning Energy'. It is believed that these seven major energy centers are aligned in front of the spine. Directly correlating  with the organs located in the area of each chakra. There are four Secondary charkas which are hands and feet.  The number of Chakras is disputed throughout  many regions of the world.
